Step One
Call us for an informal chat. There’s no obligation – just tell us what you need from your website and we will be upfront about our solutions and our prices.
Step Two
Happy to go ahead? You will then meet or talk with your Zappy Web website designer who takes the details of what you want to include in your new website, the pages you need and details of the look and feel of your brand. We will take a 50% deposit at this stage.
Step Three
Once we have the content and the brief, the Zappy Web team will set to work, creating your new website.
Step Four
Once you have decided on the pages you want to include, you will go and write the content for these pages – or ask our specialist website writer who can take this off your hands for an additional charge. You may also need photographs for your new site. Again, you can supply these or we can find images for you (there may be a small photo library charge for this). If you need a domain and hosting, we will organise this for you or we will take details of your existing domain so it can be transferred to the new website.
Step Five
We will send you a link to the site so you can have a look and give us your feedback. We will then change things to suit you.
Step Six
Once you are happy with the website, we will launch it for you.
Step Seven
You can then pay for your new website in cash, by debit or credit card or bank transfer. In some instances where clients wish to have ongoing support we can offer a website payment and support plan where we take a small deposit and the balance is spread across monthly payments, so you can pay as your business grows.
Step Eight
If you want to handle updates yourself, we will supply you with a useful guide to the ‘content management system’ of your new site. If you prefer us to handle the updates and changes, we can do this too. There is a small fee for updates or we can offer an ongoing support package.
Step Nine
Bemused by Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)? We can offer our team of experts to help your new website to rise up the Google rankings.
Step Ten
Anything else we can help with? We also offer a full range of design services and can take care of your logo, business cards, letterheads, flyers, promotional emails and brochures. We will make sure that your brand works across the website and all your other marketing materials, giving your business a professional look and feel.
